We firstly begin by precisely covering the advanced areas of Excel that are relevant to Financial Modelling, Valuations and Project Evaluation. This special focus will provide a huge productivity gain when working in these areas.
We next move on to the Financial Modelling & Project Finance component and this is where participants will develop sound understanding of both the principles of financial modelling and their application to real-world situations through the use of spreadsheets. We then build upon the financial modelling principles and best practices learned to apply these to company valuations and project finance. This is where participants improve their mastery of the principles and concepts and develop critical skills to apply in practical applications.

He has over 20 years experience in the development and maintenance of analytical tools and financial models for middle-market companies and large corporations, at all levels of complexity, in both domestic and international settings.
He is known as “The Financial Modelling Guru” because of his extensive experience in financial modelling, forecasting, valuation, model auditing, and management reporting for clients throughout the world. His achievements have been recognised by his peers and he is a Fellow of both the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and the Australian Institute of Management.
He has worked with companies such as Chevron, BankWest, Petronas, Rio Tinto, Glencore, KPMG, Grant Thornton and Toyota. He provides training and financial modelling for companies throughout the world.
He has provided training in Advanced Financial Modeling, Company Valuation, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Finance for companies throughout the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Qatar, Oman, Iran, UAE, South Africa and Kuwait.
Before working with Access Analytic, Jeff spent 6 years working in the Corporate and IT Consulting divisions of a large, multi-national Chartered Accounting firm. Earlier in his career, he spent five years in banking and finance. Jeff is the author of a number of white papers on financial modelling on subjects such as Financial Modelling Best Practices and Financial Model Auditing.
