Learning Measurement and Management Master Class
Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre, Port of Spain,
2-4 December 2026
- Measure Learning. Manage Performance. Maximize Business Impact
Most learning organizations measure success through participation rates, course completion, and learner satisfaction. While these indicators provide useful operational insights, they rarely demonstrate whether learning has delivered meaningful business value.
To maximize organizational impact, learning must be managed as strategically as it is designed. This requires a comprehensive framework that enables learning professionals to measure performance, monitor progress, engage stakeholders, and continuously improve learning outcomes throughout the entire programme lifecycle.
This intensive three-day Master Class provides a practical and structured approach to learning measurement, management and reporting. Participants will learn how to apply the internationally recognized ISO 30437 framework to select meaningful performance measures, establish effective reporting systems, and proactively manage learning initiatives that deliver measurable organizational results.

Through practical exercises, case studies, and interactive discussions, participants will develop a draft measurement and management strategy tailored to their own organization. They will leave with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to communicate learning value more effectively and position Learning & Development as a trusted strategic business partner.

Learning is increasingly expected to deliver measurable business value rather than simply high participation rates or positive learner feedback. Yet many organizations continue to rely on limited metrics that fail to demonstrate organizational impact or support informed decision-making.
This Master Class equips learning professionals with a practical framework to measure, manage and report learning initiatives more strategically. Participants will learn how to apply internationally recognized principles, establish meaningful performance measures, and actively manage learning programmes to achieve planned business outcomes.
Workshop Format
This highly interactive Master Class combines expert instruction, practical application, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on workshops to help participants transform learning measurement from a reporting exercise into a strategic management capability.
Throughout the three-day programme, participants will progressively develop a practical measurement, reporting, and management framework that can be adapted to their own organizations.
Rather than focusing solely on measurement techniques, the programme emphasizes how learning can be proactively managed – from planning and implementation through reporting, continuous improvement to organizational impact.
Participants will leave with practical templates, draft measurement frameworks, reporting tools and actionable implementation plans that can be immediately applied within their organizations.
