Paul Sandosham

Kabir Singh
Kabir is a partner in Clifford Chance Asia’s International Arbitration practice in Singapore. He is recognised for his work in India and Indonesia-related arbitration and has experience as both counsel and arbitrator, in both institutional and ad hoc cases. He has experience in a wide variety of litigation and dispute related matters, including on regulatory and compliance related issues and employment claims both in Singapore and overseas. He is admitted in Singapore and England & Wales.
Kelvin Teo
Kelvin is counsel in the litigation and dispute resolution practice of Clifford Chance Asia. He specialises in the resolution of disputes arising out of regional infrastructure, construction and energy projects, by way of arbitration, adjudication, and litigation. He has previously been listed as a ‘rising star’ in The Legal 500 (for dispute resolution in Singapore) and is mentioned in the current version (for real estate and construction). He is also listed as a "rising star" in the Expert Guide (Construction and Real Estate).
Thomas Walsh
Thomas is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales and as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Korea. He practices international arbitration and general commercial litigation and has practiced extensively in all three jurisdictions. He heads Clifford Chance’s dispute practice in Seoul and is the Chief Representative of the office.
