Asset Integrity Management & Risk-Based Inspection Masterclass

Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago,
26 - 29 May 2015

Asset Integrity Management & Risk-Based Inspection Masterclass

EVENT OVERVIEW:

Every hour of unplanned and planned downtime can result in significant lost revenue. Research shows the most significant failures in a plant typically account for 80% of operating losses. Identifying why these specific failures occurred and implementing workable corrective measures that prevent future failures represents value-added opportunities for organizations to maximize its overall profit. Therefore, organizations today are making it top priority to re-evaluate maintenance, inspection and turnaround practices to optimize plant efficiency.

Neoedge’s 4-day master class of ‘Asset Integrity Management & Risk-Based Inspection’ will empower participants with advanced tools and methodologies to successfully plan, initialize and implement high-level inspection, maintenance and integrity assurance framework. Participants will also value the best-in-class real-life case studies, view industry videos and failures revealed by course leader and thereby be able to cultivate innovative solutions to reshape the quality of their asset integrity management and risk based inspection process.

Cutting-Edge Course HIGHLIGHTS

LEARN importance of incorporating asset management (ISO 55001) and RBI in Asset Integrity Management for greater plant safety and optimization

DISCOVER a more cost-effective alternative totraditional inspection, usually by means of non-destructive examination (NDE)

IDENTIFY & DISCUSS mitigation strategies to lower consequence of failure (COF) and that may impact likelihood of failure (LOF)

LEVERGE on unique risk drivers for pressure equipment, topsides equipment, storage tanks and pipelines

UPGRADE inspection & turnaround planning through value-added methodologies

GAIN hands-on experience in performing gap analysis test and identifying control measures

PRIORITISE audit/control in providing an efficient and streamlined approach to RBI

BENEFIT from exclusive opportunities for participants to pick brains of a leading asset integrity management expert – bring your inspection and maintenance planning challenges along to receive expert feedback and direction.

The goal of asset management is to effectively manage corporate assets in order to gain maximum value/profitability/returns while safeguarding personnel, the community and environment. A true Asset Integrity Management program incorporates design, maintenance, inspection, process, operations and management concepts, since all these disciplines impact the integrity of infrastructure and equipment. Such program is achieved by using industry best practices to move away from reactive programs and towards preventative and predictive programs, which incorporate reliability and risk.
