Most learning organizations today are reactive. They take orders for learning, do not align their learning to the organization’s goals, do not form strategic partnerships with goal owners, do not set targets for their learning program’s success, do not actively manage key programs to deliver planned results, and do not clearly demonstrate value. In sum, they don’t run learning like a business. We can do better.
Transform your current L&D function into a true, strategic business partner with visible impact on your organization’s success. This workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to be a much better and smarter L&D professional, one who can speak the language of business and deliver results understood by your CFO. It is time for you to make an impression.
Participants can look forward to learning about the:
- Role of strategic learning in helping an organization accomplish its goals
