We will keep presentations short and provide a workbook containing case studies, guidance material and summaries of key learning points.

Why Preventive and Predictive Maintenance

PM has always been the best method of preserving assets. Whether you maintain factories, buildings or fleets, the PM system can be the core of the proactive effort.

There is much to know to design effective PMs for different types of equipment. This course will, in a short time, bring an entire department to a deeper understanding of how to make PM and PdM more effective. Participants will be introduced to the various technologies and approaches including new ones such as Big Data and AI etc

The course is based on this popular text book by Joel Levitt, meanwhile updated with the latest technology development, etc.

Our promise for this program is that your staff will have a detailed understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance including how to set it up, design task lists and implement the system. This understanding will lead to reduced breakdowns, reduced interruptions and improved customer service.
